While looking into it, I found that this article has been reposted at a site that republishes articles at http://tinyurl.com/auh3tr. When I sent them a complaint to the email addresses that I found associated with the site (“gatekeeper@eastgate.net.my; dentkt@yahoo.com; resellagent@yahoo.com”), they did take my stuff down, but only the specific articles that I requested.
