Top Five Deadliest Creatures on Earth
This is a list and description of the top five deadliest animals on the planet.
- Polar Bear- These beautiful beasts are usually seen in photographs cuddling with cubs, and being quiet docile. Appearances are not everything, though. In fact, these are the most ferocious bears in the world. They are very territorial, and getting between a mother bear and her cub could spell death very quickly.
- Saltwater Crocodile- Crocodiles in general are one of the scariest animals around. The salt water croc is the largest of all living crocodilians and reptiles, some being reported at 8 meters or longer. They are fully capable of killing animals up to the size of an adult male water buffalo, on land and in the water. They have also been known to attack humans.
- Mosquito- The sheer numbers of these flying insects is a big factor that contributes to it being deadly. Everyone reading this has likely had their blood sucked by one of the vampirous animals. They have killed millions by spreading disease-causing viruses and parasites such as malaria, yellow fever, elephantitus, and denuge fever. A three dollar bottle of bug spray could save your life.
- Box Jellyfish- The Box Jellyfish, also known as the sea wasp, has the most deadly venom in the animal kingdom. The Box Jellyfish is one of the only species of its kind to actively hunt its prey. They are responsible for almost 6000 human deaths since 1954.
- Humans- Humans, by far, cause more deaths than any other creature on the planet. We kill other animals daily, for food, money, and sport. Humans are single handedly responsible for putting some species on the endangered list. We do not stop at killing other animals, though. We also kill off other humans at an alarming rate. Countless humans are killed each day by other humans. They are killed in defense, for money or power, for religion, and many other reasons. Humans are intelligent, and have the ability to make tools to help them accomplish their mission. This has proven to be a deadly combination.

You’d think Humans would be #1 most deadly. What about hippos? I thought that their graceful swimming was just a cover for eating tons of people every year?
Humans actually were supposed to be number 1. For some reason the numbers got changed around when it was published.
Well let’s see… First, polar bears aren’t number one. If you read the second comment then you would understand that the publisher messed the order up. Second, A lion or tiger definately would not stand a chance against any bear. Third, the polar bear is not a puff. It is one of the largest and most territorial bears in the world. Fourth, you don’t know how to spell or convey an opinion without vulgarity. What I mean to say is that your an idiot. Thanks for checking out my list though.
