Here are some cool facts about the creator of Microsoft, Bill Gates, that I discoved when doing a report on him.

You cannot think about computers without thinking about Windows. Even the hardcore Linux and Mac users will recognize that there has been a huge advance in the way we conduct business, exchange ideas, and even communicate with family that has been improved to some degree by the Windows operating system.

While doing a report on Bill Gates for school I found some interesting fact that I wanted to share.

  • Bill Gates first program he made was a tic-tac-toe game written in BASIC
  • In 1973 Bill Gates served as a congressional page in the U.S. House of Representatives
  • In 1977 Bill was arrested for a traffic violation ( I had a shirt made with his mugshot on it, lol)

  • Bill scored 1590 out of 1600 on his SAT
  • Bill Gates was accepted and attended Harvard until he dropped out in 1975
  • In 1976 Microsoft was registered with the Secretary of State of New Mexico
  • Window’s first launched on November 20, 1985

Well, although I do not agree with the business ethics of Mr. Gates I have to admit that with the right amount of brain power and hard work you can build an empire from you basement.
